The Manor House and North and West Towers have fitted kitchens.
The swimming pool is not heated and accessible from April/May to October.
The tennis court is available all year round.

RATES FOR EXTRA CHILDREN

Up to the child’s 3th birthday: for free
From the child’s 3th birthday, bed provided by the customer: 85€/week
From the child’s 3th birthday, bed provided by the owner (sheets and towels inclusive): same prices per season as tower South

THE FOLLOWING ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL

/ Water and electricity
/ Wood for the log fires
/ A set of duvet sheets and covers for each bed
/ A set of bath-towels per person (the use of which is reserved only for the bathroom and not for the swimming pool)
/ A pool-towel for each person
/ Kitchen linen + ORGANIC dishwasher and washing machine products 
/ Access to the sauna

(*) End-of-stay maintenance and occasional maintenance by agreement with the tenants

THE FOLLOWING CAN BE PROVIDED AT EXTRA COST 

/ Extra bed: same price as in South tower
/ Changing of sheets: €20.00 each per set
/ Additional set of bath towels: €15.00 each per set
/ The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental.

(*) If at the end of the stay the necessary cleanliness of the premises is considered to be unsatisfactory, a fixed price of €250 for the Manor House and €150 for each Tower will be subtracted from the deposit.

Croissant service: order your bread and croissants in the evening and your order is delivered the next morning by 8:30 AM.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

The reservation will be effective on receipt of a deposit of 50%. The balance is to be paid four weeks before arrival.  If your reservation is made four weeks or less before your arrival, we will require the full amount of your stay.  No credit cards will be accepted. When making a reservation, we will let you know the data required for making a credit transfer.

DEPOSIT

The deposit must be paid 10 days before the stay and will be reimbursed in full within the week of your departure after an inspection of the premises. In the event of possible damage caused during the stay, the cost of the repair will be subtracted from the deposit. In order to avoid disagreements at the time of your departure with regard to the restitution of your deposit, we would strongly advise you to consult the inventory on arrival and arrange a joint inspection before departure, if necessary.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation of the reservation before the four-month period prior to the agreed arrival date, 50% of the down-payment will be withheld, thereafter 100%.

RESPONSABILITY

Your stay in our accommodation comes with responsibility. We would ask you therefore to respect everything that is placed at your disposal. We shall under no circumstances be held liable for any accident or incident under your responsibility. We also decline all liability in the event of any accident that may occur to any unsupervised child or children near to water.
